Depending on your needs we can provide 2 hour response with 24 x 7 coverage, 4 hour response during Business Hours or next Business Day. You can "mix and match" your response requirements so that your mission critical systems are protected while other systems have a lesser response time. Our Managed IT Service will increase your uptime and will help you plan for the future. 
  2. CloudCare Managed Security: AVG CloudCare™ is the cloud-based administration platform with “pay-as-you-go” services that make it easier to manage and protect your business. CloudCare includes remote management tools, one-click service, and user activation plus easy policy deployment help to save you time and money. Lowering your costs and saving time is this simple.
  3. Pre-Paid Hours: This is a great option for organisations who need occasional support - perhaps to cover busy periods or when a problem is a bit too complex for your local team. We guarantee to respond by the next business day.
  4. Ad Hoc Support: Some organisations only rarely need support - but they need assurance that they can access a trusted technical support team if they are stuck. Our Ad Hoc support program allows us to gather site specific information BEFORE we need it, helping us to get up to speed efficiently. However Ad Hoc support is not a good option for anyone who needs guaranteed service levels.
